Most are from rescue situations or come from homes where they were either unwanted or not given the chance they needed to succeed. All of our prices are negotiable and payment methods are flexible to the right home. Our goal is to place each horse to a forever home.

All horses sell under contract and most with a buy back clause so that we have the first right of refusal to purchase back. Please contact us with any questions and to come meet our horses.

For Sale by Owner - Sheri

Rayan is a horse that has previously been in training with us and the owner is interested in finding a home for her at this time. She is an adorable bay mare, standing around 14.2hh. She is 16 years old, gaited, and registered with ApHC. Rayan is green due to the owner not being able to ride anymore, but she is a very willing horse, sweet, and incredibly smart. Rayan would be best suited in a home that could continue her training or with an intermediate rider who has the option to work closely with a trainer. With consistency and patience, she will make a solid partner for trails or small shows. Owner is asking $800 obo.

Info & photos by Courtney, C. Marie Miller Photography

Past training with Courtney via Snitker Stables 9/9/2016: "Rayan is fantastic under saddle and is very consistent. She been ridden with no sign of stress, bucking, bolting, or rearing. Through the entire training process she has never offered to kick, buck or bite. She picks up all four feet with ease, is easy to catch, loves to be groomed, stands quiet to be saddled, and stands solid for mounting. This sweet girl has advanced very quickly in the time that she has been here and has a good head on her shoulders. She seems confident and catches onto cues quickly, she can only go up from here with someone who has time to ride her and bring out her full potential. This girl is a sweetheart, built nicely, and has a very calm and even temperament on the ground, in the saddle, and in pasture!" Located in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Contact owner Sheri at (859) 613-5995.

Sire is a high point earner in western pleasure and an own son of The Diamond Finder. Dam is an own daughter of AQHA World Champion Mr. Sinatra.

Bio: "Smoke" is a beautiful blue roan with a one-in-a-million disposition! This is a gelding that was made to be a youth horse. We purchased Smoke as a barely 2 year old, he spent his 2yo year learning groundwork and turned out to pasture to grow. His training under saddle began Feb 2016. His 3yo year consisted of regular ground work and arena work as well as many, many miles of trail riding. This horse has no fear. He will walk through and over anything. He has never had any vices throughout his training, no buck, rear, head tossing, kicking, bolting, spooking, etc, this is as level headed and quiet as a horse can get. Throughout 2016 and 2017 he has trail ridden all over our 130 acre ranch and hauled many times to ride at Shaker Village and various other trail riding adventures. He has been through countless rivers and through tunnels (underneath the highway). He shows no hesitation and is a very easy ride for any level of rider. He has been ridden by beginner riders and by youth riders. He rides the same in a snaffle, hackamore, bosal, or halter and bareback. He is perfectly content riding out alone on a loose rein on the trails or out in the middle of an open field. He is the same no matter how much time off he's had. He also rides great in a group. He is the lowest on the pecking order in the field, can live peacefully in a pasture with any gender or temperament of horse. Has been shown by youth rider in western pleasure, open pleasure, and trail classes. Current on all shots, trimming, etc, stands tied to anything, and loads perfectly. He can't decide what color he wants to be, he was very dark as a yearling, and shed out a very blue/white this year, he is absolutely beautiful with a one-in-a-million personality.
